Happy Half-Christmas Team Christmas
Greetings Team Christmas!
Firstly, I want to apologize for the belated update, but now that we are exactly halfway between last and next Christmas, we thought it was time to report the latest news.
In January, I was accepted into a clinical trial at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. We chased this opportunity down after seeing this press release last November:

I’m now about to go into my sixth and final treatment under this trial, with the good news being that my tumour has shown no significant progression since January, and I’m generally feeling pretty good! We’re not sure whether we should be attributing this to the treatments, choosing joy, or too many cans of sardines, but it’s great news any way you look at it.
We continue to push forward with our vision for ‘Everyday is Just Like Christmas’: to establish the song as a mandatory addition to everyone’s Christmas playlists (or hey why not ANY playlist, seeing as Everyday can be just like Christmas!). There has been some interest in taking the song to the next level and having it recorded by more artists…stay tuned for more news on this front! I’ve also taken the liberty of dropping a new (non-Christmas) song and am looking forward to feedback! Here is a link to the song:

As we continue to explore the cancer fundraising world, we’ve also had the opportunity to connect with some incredibly inspiring people who have been impacted by cancer and not taken it lying down:
